The rooms in this historic house were beautifully laid out and spotlessly clean. The family rooms upstairs were spacious and had thoughtful touches, like a fridge and TV in each room. The breakfast was delicious and worth waking up for, with freshly squeezed juice and a variety of options. The location was convenient, being a short drive from the seafront and within easy reach of popular tourist attractions.
Some aspects of the service were not up to par. The landlady was standoffish and lacked basic manners, which made for an unpleasant check-in experience.
